Tuesday:
When I arrived home, Liam was eating, well, a P,B&J, of course. I took Francis home and worked a little bit on our new laptops while entertaining the kids. Liam got on the bed and of course Annabelle had to be up there too. I probably tickled them for 45 minutes, per Liam's request. He was jovial this afternoon. He wanted to wash his hands in Mom and Dad's bathroom, and asked me if I had done the same after I exited the restroom. When Ruth arrived, Liam and I went to Randall's, then Tino's to get some food. Liam enjoyed both places and asked many questions, ranging from "Are we going to get milk?" to "Can we eat at Tino's?" He did not care for the answer to his latter question. He wanted to read the Bible, but Proverbs 13 is pretty heavy stuff, so I tried to assure him that it's best to read a little bit of the Bible at a time and reflect on that, rather than artificially extend his bedtime. At some point he will understand. I half-jokingly told him that one chapter of Proverbs easily may take a lifetime to understand. Again, he will get it when he gets older...
