Wednesday:
We went to Target this morning to find Liam some clothes that fit him. His shorts are all good, but all his 2T shirts are getting a little small. They had a lot of shirts to pick through, one bright orange one with a monkey on it that says 'Silly' across the top, but they had only one short sleeve button up shirt and only a couple polos, none of which were in his size. I think I'm going to have to look around for another inexpensive toddler clothing store. I was a little disappointed, but Liam wasn't. I guess for now he can wear t-shirts to church till I find some nicer ones. I refuse to dress him in long sleeves till it cools off, which the way things are, may not be till December. This summer has been very hot.
We then went to the grocery stores, and after taking both kids potty and washing both their hands, and getting out of the restroom there, I put Annabelle in the front of the cart and I let Liam walk. He's the best kid ever. He never grabs things off the shelf, he stays beside me, and really enjoys looking at the new view. After I realized how light I felt not having Annabelle wrapped, I think I may take this up for future trips. I hope his awesome behavior keeps up too.
While we were leaving, Liam mentioned he wanted to ride his bike when we got home. I thought that would be a great idea, as I think it would be cool if he rode his bike with me and Phillip when the weather gets cooler. So we get home, and I put Liam on his bike and he hates it. screams and yells about how he doesn't like it and wants off, so I took him off. Maybe another day. I think it's going to be a slow process, which I am willing to be patient on.
