Monday:
The first day back has been an adjustment for me and Phillip. Last weekend was the longest we had ever been away from the kids, and while we did miss them, we kinda forgot in ways how much work it is to have kids. It's a lot of work, and a lot of fun too. Liam is having to adjust as well. I think in the middle of the night, when he woke up, he forgot that he wasn't at Gigi and Papa's and woke up asking where the vacuum cleaner was, saying he wanted to vacuum. He had Dog clutched in his arm as he wandered into the hallway, so I picked him up and put him in our bed and he went right to sleep. Come morning, I think he started to get everything together.
